Workplace Aggression Prevention Toolkit and interactive Dashboard

The Workplace Aggression Prevention Toolkit and interactive Dashboard is designed to provide employers and HR professionals with practical resources to build safer, healthier, and more inclusive workplaces.
It helps organisations map existing practices, identify gaps, and support more coherent, proactive, and evidence-based prevention strategies and provides tools and guidance for preventing and dealing with workplace aggression across primary, secondary and tertiary levels of prevention.

Aston Business School launched the toolkit and dashboard in September 2025.
The research was led by Professor Roberta Fida, head of Aston's Leadership and Management Department, and Dr Lowri Evans.
The toolkit and dashboard also support organisations in moving from reactive responses to a more coherent, evidence-based approach by clarifying definitions, roles –perpetrators, targets, and bystanders – and actionable prevention measures.

The Dashboard is an interactive self-assessment tool that allows organisations to map their current approach to preventing workplace aggression.
It helps identify strengths, gaps, and imbalances across monitoring, primary, secondary, and tertiary prevention.
